At a recent business community event, Senator Toomey sought feedback on the issues and concerns facing businesses today.  This letter is the written summary of comments provided to the Senator by George Groves, President & CEO of Miners Bank, in which Mr. Groves makes the case for smarter government oversight and regulation of the Community Banking sector.
