Phoenix Bancorp Announces Dividend

Phoenix Bancorp, the parent holding company of Miners Bank, has declared a 5.9% increase in its quarterly dividend, from $.17/share to $.18/share. The dividend was declared on March 13, 2013, with a record date of March 25, 2013 and payment date of March 29, 2013.
